Things have been moving pretty fast at Pret A Manger since its first pop up Veggie Pret last April. So fast indeed that the chain is now opening its third vegetarian-only shop next Wednesday October 11th.
The shop, located on Exmouth Market in Clerkenwell, will join the two existing Veggie Pret shops on Broadwick Street in Soho, and Great Eastern Street in Shoreditch. The Exmouth Market location is the first shop to open exclusively as a Veggie Pret, and not on an existing Pret site.
Pret A Manger has also announced a brand new veggie & vegan menu that will be launching across all three Veggie Pret shops. It will be available in the Soho and Shoreditch Veggie Pret shops from tomorrow (3rd October).

Vegan Ragu & Red Pepper Hot Wrap, £4.25, vegan
This vegan hot wrap combines a chunky veg & lentil sauce with crunchy red peppers, roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives and crispy onions.
Sweet Potato, Coconut & Cashew Flatbread, £3.75, vegan
Sambal sweet potatoes combined with coconut yoghurt, fresh coriander and mint, and wrapped into a flatbread with cucumber, red pepper, roasted cashew nuts and a handful of baby spinach.
Avocado & Falafel Flatbread, £3.75, veggie
Avocado and sweet potato falafels with yoghurt sauce, lemon juice, parsley & red onions. The flatbread is then finished with fresh tomato and spinach.

A baguette bursting with classic Italian flavours, with slices of mozzarella, red pepper, Kalamata olives, fresh whole-leaf basil, and a chunky veg & lentil sauce.
