Even if you are trying not to think about Christmas (just yet), the roll-out of festive menus is a definite sign that we are getting closer to one of the busiest times of the year. Pret A Manger is launching its Christmas Menu today.
This year, the classic Christmas Lunch and Veggie Christmas Lunch sandwiches are joined by a new Very Merry Christmas Lunch, Pret’s first-ever vegan Christmas sandwich. Pret’s chefs have created a special vegan stuffing that is combined with grilled carrots, crispy onion, caramelised pecans, spinach and a Port & orange cranberry sauce.
All three Christmas sandwiches will carry a gold sticker to show that 50p from the sale of each one is donated to the Pret Foundation Trust to help the homeless. The PFT has been running for more than 20 years with the aim of alleviating homelessness. Every Christmas Sandwich sold will donate 50p to support the Pret Foundation Trust, including running its fleet of Charity Run vans which redistribute unsold food to the homeless throughout the night, every night.
Here are the vegetarian and vegan options to look out for in Pret A Manger’s Christmas Menu.
