Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 – 4 strawberries
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 60 g goat cheese
- 1 garlic clove – crushed
- salt & pepper
- small handful basil leaves
- 2 slices of your favourite bread
Instructions
- Remove the flesh of the avocado and place it in a bowl. Add lemon juice and crushed garlic.1 avocado, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 garlic clove – crushed
- Mash everything to a paste with a fork. Season to taste.salt & pepper
- Lightly toast the bread slices. Sprinkle with the goat cheese.2 slices of your favourite bread
- Share the avocado spread between the bread slices. Top with sliced strawberries, goat cheese, and basil leaves.2 – 4 strawberries, 60 g goat cheese, small handful basil leaves
