Avocado, Strawberry & Goat Cheese Tartines: Summer on a Plate

These vegetarian Avocado, Strawberry & Goat Cheese Tartines are a tasty combination of sweet, creamy, and tangy flavours, making them a perfect option for a light lunch, snack, or even a fancy appetiser.

The buttery avocado creates a rich and smooth base, while the juicy strawberries add a refreshing sweetness that beautifully complements the crumbly, slightly tangy goat cheese. Served on a slice of fresh crusty bread or sourdough, each bite is a mix of textures and flavours that feel both indulgent and wholesome.

Strawberries are not just for desserts—they work wonderfully in savoury dishes, adding a natural sweetness that pairs well with cheeses, leafy greens, and nuts. To enhance the flavours even more, try finishing these tartines with a drizzle of honey, balsamic glaze, or a sprinkle of crushed nuts for extra crunch. Whether enjoyed as a quick meal, an elegant appetiser, or a weekend brunch treat, these tartines bring a taste of summer sunshine to your plate.
