Boost your morning with this Energising Juice with Beetroot, Apple, Carrot, Orange & Ginger. I added plenty of ginger for an extra kick.
This is a classic blend that contains plenty of vitamins and nutrients and can be enjoyed all year long.
I especially like having it when I’m feeling tired and stressed out. I make double the quantity to have a few days supply to keep in the fridge in an airtight bottle.
I use this Panasonic Slow Juicer MJ-L500 which makes super smooth juices. Juicing at home is a great way to save money and enjoy nutrient-rich drinks that have not been pasteurised.
Energising Juice with Beetroot, Apple, Carrot, Orange & Ginger

Ingredients
- 40 g raw beetroot
- 1 medium apple
- 350 g carrots
- 2 oranges
- 1-2 cm [0.4 – 0.8 inches] fresh ginger root
Instructions
- Peel oranges, ginger, beetroot and carrots if desired.
- Put all the ingredients in a juicer.
- Drink straight away or keep in an airtight bottle or container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
