This recipe yields 8 lollies, each 90ml (3 fl oz). Whether you’re looking for a quick snack to cool off, a fun treat for the kids, or a guilt-free indulgence on a sunny afternoon, these watermelon lollies are sure to hit the spot.

Watermelon Lollies [vegan] [low sugar]
Equipment

Ingredients
- 500 g watermelon flesh
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Remove the seeds from the watermelon flesh.500 g watermelon flesh
- Place in a blender with lemon juice. Whizz to liquid.juice of 2 lemons
- Sweeten to taste with maple syrup.1 Tbsp maple syrup to taste
- Pour the mixture evenly in lolly moulds. Place in the freezer for 30-45mins, so the mixture has time to harden and can hold a lolly stick upright.
- Place a lolly stick in each mould. Freeze for another 6-8 hrs until solid.
