Launching this month, PizzaExpress’ Summer Menu takes its inspiration from traditional Italian dishes with a range of refreshing drinks to complement.
Following its success, the award-winning Vegan Giardiniera pizza is now available on the Leggera menu. With just 491 calories, it will be the lightest pizza on the menu, but uses the finest ingredients to ensure a delicious taste. If you are not in the mood for pizza, then you might want to try the new Artichoke and Spinach Risotto. Gluten-free it is finished with parsley and shavings of Gran Milano cheese.

AL FORNO DISHES

LEGGERA VEGAN GIARDIANA (VE, V) FROM £11.75
If you’re all about health and wellness this summer, then try the award-winning Vegan Giardiana, now available on the ever-popular Leggera base. Enjoy slices of artichoke, closed cup mushroom, red onion and black olives, with tomato, vegan mozzarella alternative and garlic oil.
LIMONCELLO & BLACKCURRANT SEMIFREDDO (V, GF, VE) FROM £6.35
The indulgent addition to the desserts menu starts with the Limoncello & Blackcurrant Semifreddo. A crumbly biscuit base, topped with a decadent, fluffy limoncello and blackcurrant mousse finished with fruit coulis, strawberry and fresh mint, the combination of flavours will whisk you away to a summer dream just in one mouthful.
RASPBERRY HONEYCOMB CREAM SLICE (V) FROM £6.35
A summer inspired dessert combining refreshing fruit flavours with salted caramel to create the perfect pudding. Sweet honeycomb and chocolate pieces placed on a light cream topping with a raspberry ripple on a layer of salted caramel and crunchy biscuit, what’s not to love?
