Watermelon Recipes

Watermelon has a very juicy texture that makes it perfect for the hot summer months. It is best eaten raw but can also be grilled. It pairs beautifully with cheese, mint, tomatoes, rocket, berries, cucumber, fennel and lime. Try it in salads, smoothies, juices, sorbets and fruit soups. UK Season:  July to August
