Purple Sprouting Broccoli
Tender and delicious, purple sprouting broccoli is very easy to cook and can be steamed, boiled, stir-fried or roasted. If the stalks are a little too thick you can half them lengthwise. Make sure you do not overcook it so it still has a bite. Purple sprouting broccoli makes a perfect side dish as well as a tasty addition to pasta, risotto, stir-fry and salad dishes.
