“New traditions need to start somewhere . . ” this is how Yotam Ottolenghi introduced his vegetarian Christmas recipes a couple of weeks ago on Twitter. New traditions… I like this especially as I see this as something we could be embracing as a family.
Most people will not think about eating turkey the rest of the year, yet cannot do without it over the holiday period. Frankly, I feel sorry for turkeys. They are bred for the sole purpose of gracing our Christmas tables. So yes, I am keen to explore new traditions, not sure everyone else in the family is on board.
