Balancing mind, body and soul can sometimes be very challenging in our hectic lifestyles.
Ayurveda, is often referred as the science of life (Ayur=life and Veda= science or knowledge) and encourages a holistic approach to life. In 1969 Yogi Bhajan, a master of Kundalini Yoga, came to the West and brought an immeasurable knowledge of Ayurveda with him. As a teacher of holistic living, he shared his wisdom and knowledge of Ayurveda and yoga with his students while serving them an aromatic spice tea blend, which they affectionately named “Yogi tea.”
For more than 40 years now, YOGI TEA® have been producing delicious herb and spice teas based on unique Ayurvedic tea recipes, which promote individual well-being. They very kindly send me some samples to try out and am writing this post enjoying a cup of their Choco blend (my new favourite).
All of the blends I have tried so far have been delicious from the warming Classic, delicious Choco blend, sweet Licorice or calming Bedtime. They are all bursting with flavours and feel truly rejuvenating. I am not only enjoying them after yoga but also throughout the day.
True to their holistic roots, YOGI TEA® are producing all of their Ayurvedic tea recipes from organic ingredients. They also abiding by sustainable and socially responsible practices while supporting diverse social and conservation projects.
To celebrate their brand new packaging, YOGI TEA® is kindly offering a free hamper of their Ayurvedic herbal and spiced teas to one lucky winner. The willow hamper includes six tea boxes (Choco, Licorice, Classic, Bedtime, Throat Comfort and Stomach Ease), one ceramic mug, one reusable cup, one tote bag, one desk calendar, one “Recipes for Healthy Living” booklet and one small jute bag.
