My Family Recipes
These are the recipes I grew up with, handed down through my family from my Sicilian great-aunt, my Alsatian great-grandmother, my maternal grandmother and, of course, my mum. From my great-aunt’s garlic and tomato pasta to my mum’s quince jelly and her Christmas Day French onion soup, each one comes with a story.
Some I cook exactly as they’ve always been made; others I’ve gently adapted to the way I eat today, with more plants and less meat. I hope they find a place at your table too.
