1. Remedy Peach Kombucha
Just in time for summer, Remedy has launched a peach kombucha. Fizzy, light and refreshing, this is a lovely new flavour that perfectly complements the existing range.
Full disclosure, I am a big big fan of Remedy kombucha. Made in small batches and brewed for 30 days, it contains no sugar and is filled with living good bacteria which are essential for a healthy gut. It is hard to pick a favourite amongst the six flavours Switchel Blood Orange, Apple Crisp, Cherry Plum, Raspberry Lemonade, Ginger Lemon and Peach. They are all as delicious as each other.
Like the rest of the range, Remedy Peach Kombucha contains less than 30 calories per 250ml can. A perfect guilt-free and healthy treat that can be enjoyed as often as you like and an enjoyable alternative to cocktails.

When it comes to snacking, I don’t have much of a sweet tooth so I was quite pleased to find a good selection of salty nibbles in my Treat Trunk box. I was inspired by the range of brands, some of which I had never heard of and all as delicious as one another.
Overall, I was really impressed and also found my Treat Trunk box really handy when I needed to pack a healthy snack in my handbag before dashing around.

NuGo protein bars are another healthy snack option that I have really enjoyed. Vegan and gluten-free, with 10-12g of plant-based protein per bar, they come in 6 delicious flavours:
Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Dark Chocolate Coconut, Dark Chocolate Pretzel, Dark Mint Chocolate, Dark Mocha Chocolate and Dark Peanut Butter Cup.
NuGo bars are made with soy and rice crisps which give them a scrumptious crunchy texture. Covered with dark chocolate, they are truly indulgent and yet filled with plant-based goodness. They got the thumbs up from the whole family.Verdict: ★★★★★

DrinkWell is known for its selection of lower-calorie wine, beer, cider, spirits and hard seltzers. The latest addition to their range, DrinkWell IPA is the first reduced-calorie and carb IPA brewed in the UK. It is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and is also gluten-free.

5. Yondu
Yondu is a South Korean umami seasoning sauce, made over a three-month slow fermentation process that blends organic, protein-rich soybeans with a simmered seven-vegetable broth.
A cooking sauce as well as a condiment, Yondu adds a flavoursome twist to soups, salads, rice dishes, couscous, BBQ vegetables, stews etc… It is 100 per cent plant-based, USDA organic and also gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
Yondu is a handy liquid seasoning to have in the kitchen, especially when the meal you are cooking seems to lack some flavour depth. It has a rich and savoury flavour that adds the distinctive umami taste to the blandest of food. It can be used at any stage of the cooking process.
While this is a really nice product, I found myself using more than the recommended dose to get the full taste effect. I can only give it 3 stars as it is also a bit pricey.
Verdict: ★★★✰✰
