1. HIPPEAS
These organic chickpea puffs make a yummy snack that is high in fibre and a source of protein. Vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians rejoice, Oumph!  the Swedish phenomenon has arrived in the UK. Made from soy protein this vegan meat substitute looks like, tastes like and feels like the real thing. It’s plant protein at its best. Oumph! is rich in protein, fibre and is also a source of iron and folic acid. BBQ Pulled Oumph is now available from Totally Swedish (fingers crossed that the rest of the range will follow soon).

    Have you tried the black rice pasta yet? I found it a bit tricky to get the consistency right when cooking it, would love to know your experience! I did mention it to the brand and asked for tips but didn’t hear anything back.

      I know what you mean. I prefer them slightly undercooked.
