Competition: 30 mins or less Vegetarian Main Course

Join us and celebrate National Vegetarian Week!

This year we celebrate National Vegetarian Week by organising a recipe competition. We often hear people say that vegetarian cooking takes longer than non-vegetarian cuisine. We want to prove them wrong by showcasing the best “30 mins or Less Vegetarian Main Courses“.

So if you are a cook, chef or food blogger etc.. send us your entries at hello@theflexitarian.co.uk. Your entry should include a high quality picture and web link to the recipe (see competition rules below for more details).

The entries are displayed below.

Voting will take place from May 22nd to May 24th to select a winner and runners up!

Winner and runners up will be showcased on The Flexitarian blog and social networks.

So if you are you ready to share your recipes,  let’s get cooking.


Competition Rules:

Vegetarian & Vegan Dishes only.
Please submit high quality pictures in jpeg of at least 500 x 500 pixels.
All images submitted should include a URL on where to find the recipe.
If there is no URL please send the picture and recipe to hello@theflexitarian.co.uk
Entries accepted until May 24th midnight (GMT).
Voting open from May 25th to May 28th  midnight (GMT).
Winner to be announced on May 29th.
