My favourite Christmas dish is my homemade crispy roast potatoes. Thanks for the chance to win this box, it would be so handy for my husband and I as we recently turned vegan.

I love Brussels sprouts. We usually do them steamed until cooked but still crunchy, then tossed in a frying pan with maple syrup and walnuts. I also love roast potatoes, and every year complain that there are not enough!
