I love Brussels sprouts. We usually do them steamed until cooked but still crunchy, then tossed in a frying pan with maple syrup and walnuts. I also love roast potatoes, and every year complain that there are not enough!

While my daughters stuff down a boring Quorn Roast I shall be having a parsnip,cranberry, chestnut & sprout stuffed pie (much nicer than it sounds) .This is my favourite Christmas food from a recipe past down from my Mum.
