Mowgli Street Food Magical Christmas Tables Await: Gather, Feast, Celebrate

November 12, 2025 · The Flexitarian Leave a Comment

This festive season, Mowgli Street Food brings its signature sparkle to Christmas with enchanting private dining spaces designed to bring people together to share food, stories and laughter. Guests can choose between two delicious Christmas menus to celebrate the holidays.

Festive Feasting the Mowgli Way: Twinkling Lights, Indian Flavours and Shared Joy

This Christmas, Mowgli Street Food invites guests to step into a world of twinkling lights, delicious Indian food, and shared celebration. Just in time for the festive season, Mowgli is unveiling its magical private and semi-private dining spaces across selected UK locations, perfect for unforgettable Christmas feasts with friends, family, and colleagues.

I got a sneak preview last night at Mowgli Charlotte Street, London. This Central London location is a beautiful and cosy restaurant, split over three floors. Served in various tiffin boxes, the food was amazing, and I loved the relaxed ambiance and warm wooden decor, especially the famous swing seating.

Founded in 2014 by barrister-turned-restaurateur Nisha Katona, Mowgli is known for its fresh, vibrant and bold dishes. Whether you are at Mowgli Charlotte Street, Glasgow, Corn Exchange (Manchester), Birmingham, Bristol, and Edinburgh each restaurant is designed to feel intimate – a place where people come together to share food, stories and laughter.

A Feast of Indian Flavours and Festive Spirit

Mowgli’s Christmas Feasting Menu (£40 per person) captures the joy of the season through vibrant Indian flavours. It includes a glass of bubbles or a festive mocktail before guests dive into a banquet of Mowgli favourites, from the iconic Chat Bombs that burst with spiced yoghurt and tamarind, to the irresistible Gunpowder Chicken, Mother Butter Chicken and creamy Mowgli Paneer. Each menu ends on a sweet note with ice cream cones and includes a Christmas crackers for every guest.

For those looking to celebrate in grander style, the Grand Table Christmas Feast (£55 per person) offers a banquet-style experience inspired by India’s lavish family gatherings. Guests are greeted with champagne before dining from tiered tiffin towers brimming with colourful, fragrant dishes, all served alongside a choice of wine or beer.

A Space Made for Celebration

“Our private dining spaces are designed for celebration – for the laughter, the stories, and the joy that come from sharing food,” says Mowgli. “The Christmas Feasting Menus are our love letter to togetherness, to the simple magic that happens when people gather around a table.”

Each Mowgli space reflects this spirit, glowing, generous, and crafted for connection. Whether for a team celebration, a family reunion, or a joyful catch-up with friends, the experience is designed to transport guests straight to the heart of an Indian home at Christmas.
