This green winter smoothie is a delicious way to stay nourished during the colder months. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, it blends seasonal ingredients into a refreshing yet comforting drink. The balance of leafy greens, fruits, and warming ginger makes it both energising and satisfying. Whether for breakfast or a midday boost, this smoothie is a great way to keep your immune system strong all winter long.

Green Winter Smoothie: A Nourishing Seasonal Boost

Like my Easy Ginger Turmeric Shot, this green winter smoothie is a simple and delicious way to stay nourished through the colder months. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, it helps keep your immune system strong while tasting fresh and vibrant. The natural sweetness of fruit balances out the greens, and you can add a drizzle of maple syrup if you like it a little sweeter. Whether you’re having it for breakfast or as a quick post-workout snack, it’s a refreshing and energising way to fuel your day.

If you’re short on time in the mornings, prepping ahead makes things even easier. Chop up your fruit and ginger into smaller pieces and store everything (except the water and maple syrup) in the freezer.

When you’re ready to make your smoothie, just throw the frozen ingredients into your blender, add water and maple syrup, and blitz until smooth. If it’s too thick, simply add a splash more water to get the consistency just right.

This smoothie is light, creamy, and packed with goodness, making it the perfect way to get a boost of nutrients without any fuss. The recipe makes one big glass, so whether you’re sipping it slowly or taking it on the go, you’ll have a refreshing, healthy drink to power through the day!
