1. BRAVE – SEA SALT ROASTED PEAS
Look out for these delicious vegan healthy snacks from British brand Brave. These roasted peas come in three flavours: Sea Salt, Paprika & Chilli plus Garlic & Chive. Split peas are naturally high in protein, vitamin Bs and fibre while being low in fat. They are a sustainable crop that require little water or fertiliser. What’s more Brave sources all its peas from farmers in the East of England. Details here.

2. TIDEFORD ORGANICS – SWEET POTATO + QUINOA SOUP
Warm up with this Sweet Potato + Quinoa Soup. Sweet potatoes, red lentils and quinoa blended with coconut curry flavours. Delish. Organic, gluten free and vegan. Details here.

3. SEEDS OF CHANGE – TOMATO & BASIL TOMATO SAUCE
This is a staple in our house and I always keep a few jars in my cupboard. Thick and flavoursome, this sauce works brilliantly for pastas, pizzas, lasagnas etc.. Organic & vegan. Details here.

4. MERIDIAN – LIGHT TAHINI
Meridian Light Tahini has a delicious creamy flavour. Great for hummus, dressing, stir fries, baking and smoothies. Details here.

5. BOUNDLESS ACTIVATED NUTS & SEEDS – TAMARI & ALEPPO
Boundless’ Activated Nuts & Seeds make another tasty and healthy snack option. I love this Tamari & Aleppo combo but the Orange, Ginger & Maple and the Cayenne & Rosemary flavours are also delicious. Nuts and seeds are soaked to activate germination releasing enzyme and nutrients for maximum goodness. Details here.
