This multivitamin juice is a tasty mix of Winter produce to help you keep healthy and energise during the cold weather.
Homemade juices always taste better than the ones you find in the shops. I use this powerful L’Equip Juicer which is perfect to extract juice from hardy vegetables such as kale.

When juicing I choose organic ingredients especially for fruits and vegetables that I cannot or prefer not to peel such as kale, apple and carrots. I am less cautious with oranges, lemons and pineapple as they need peeling.

Ingredients
- 150 g fresh pineapple
- 3 medium organic carrots
- 2 medium oranges
- 1 medium organic apple
- 1 handful of organic kale
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Peel the oranges and pineapple.
- Simply put all ingredients through the juicer.
