1. QUAKER OATS GLUTEN FREE OATS
Oats are naturally gluten-free but can be cross-contaminated with wheat, rye or barley during harvesting or transportation. If you are coeliac, this is a real issue. Quaker Oats just launched 100% Wholegrain Gluten-Free Rolled Oats, where all stray grains have been removed, ensuring you get the highest quality gluten-free oats. Available in all supermarkets.

2. THOMAS TUCKER RASPBERRY SENSATION POPCORN
I have a new obsession. This Raspberry Sensation Popcorn is absolutely delicious. Not too sweet, the air-popped corn is coated in toffee and drizzled with tasty raspberry flecks.  Available here from AmazonHot List.

3. URBAN FRUIT SMASHING STRAWBERRY
Urban Fruit makes a range of healthy snacks suitable for adults and kids. Smashing Strawberry is simply made from strawberries and a dash of apple juice. There are no added sugar or preservatives.

4. ANCIENT HARVEST LENTIL & QUINOA PASTA
I found this high-protein gluten-free pasta at Sainsbury’s. Made of red lentils and quinoa, they have the taste and texture of regular pasta but contains 14g of protein per 57g serving. Perfect for vegetarians, vegans and flexitarians!

5. TEAPIGS JELLY & CREAM BIRTHDAY BLEND
Since attending Teapigs’ Birthday Tea Party, I have been sipping this Jelly & Cream tea. Sadly I am down to my last bag! Fruity and creamy, it has a slight hint of liquorice. So far, it is a limited edition but I do hope to see it become a regular fixture in the amazing Teapigs’ range.
