Looking back at 2014, I wanted to say thank you for all your support. It has been a busy year where I have enjoyed not only developing new recipes but also learning more about food and its challenges. I am glad to see that the trend towards “less meat eating” looks like to carry on in 2015.
In a food system that has become so complicated, we all have a role to play to ensure food sustainability.
We can all help by consuming less meat or fish, buying higher welfare meat or fish, eating vegetarian & vegan food more often, wasting less food, choosing local & seasonal produce, cooking & teaching our kids to cook and supporting local food banks.
To say farewell to 2014, here are my 5 Most Popular Recipes – I was surprised to see that they are all vegan!
