Chai Spiced Energy Bites [vegan] [gluten free] by The Flexitarian

I absolutely love these Chai Spiced Energy Bites. They are irresistibly delicious and pack a perfect balance of flavour in every bite. With no added sugar, they make an ideal snack or a wholesome after-dinner treat without any guilt.

After experimenting with different spice combinations, I finally settled on my favourite blend, which includes a pinch of fresh ground black pepper for a subtle yet flavourful kick. The spices, including cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom, blend together beautifully, creating a warm, comforting taste that I can’t get enough of.

On warmer days, the energy bites might soften a bit, so I prefer keeping them in the fridge to help maintain their shape and texture. These bites are not only incredibly tasty but also a healthy, energising snack that’s perfect for any time of the day!
